the first 4-5 hours of today could be described as the worst school day i've ever had. lit for first block, where we had to chiong essay and essay plan, then ss where we argued with the (arguably) worst teacher in history. uh no pun intended. lol. just that she irritated the hell out of all of us with her gay english and "yes i see where you're coming from" and then goes totally off with a whole load of crap. i seriously dunno what im supposed to learn in ss. her teaching style completely confuses us and we get super turned off during her lessons.
and as if that wasnt enough, she released us 10 mins late for recess. -.- jiayun and i ate lunch during recess cos we were preparing to stay back during lunch break to chiong the rest of the work. then we had math, which fried our brains till they were 'crisp summer dung'. (partial fractions gets tiring after a while.)
the next block was chinese which, tada, dint get any better. our usually nice teacher turned down our pleas to not hand in expository essay today. so we had to squeeze out whatever we had left of our poor brains to finish the 500-800 word essay in class. i dint care i wrote like 400 words haha.
lunch! stayed back from 1225-1240 with a whole lot of people whining and moaning about the horrible school day. quote audrey: "double humans is killing me la." we write essay after essay after essay till it comes out through our nostrils and spills outta our ears. eek.
but i couldnt stand it anymore so yun and i went down and decided to splurge and treat ourselves-with ice cream!! =D i got really yummy purple ice cream with cute lil sweets here and there. mmmm.
thank God geog and chem were a little easier on us. although we've got homework from practically all 6 subjects today. chem was funny and fun HAHA i think my brain got so fried i ended up teasing ms goh. (quote natasha goh LS:"if i have a middle name, it will be ready get set. so my name will be natasha ready get set goh LoSer. xD) she was saying how Grace's terms like 'stuff' and 'thingy' were weird. then she went on to make us guess something:"....it is considered a want, not a need." when she said it was essential oils, we went,"huh i thought you said it was a want!" "your terms are weird!" hahahaha. good thing she dint catch it if not i wouldve been owned. xD
okay so back to my point on top. wow talk about essay writing skills. was going home on the bus today, and i saw this ADORABLE chio little girl with mixed blood sitting in front of me and her ang moh dad. their conversation made me laugh like a moron and totally brightened up my day. =))
then knowing how zhangs loved caucasions i messaged her about it. she called me back and exclaimed ANDREA I SAW A REALLY BIG RAINBOW!! AAAHHH! and launched into a live commentary of the beautiful work of God right before her. here's a piece of our msn convo, thoroughly condensed, of course. (zhangs,me)
i had physics test today and i did really badly. i made alot of careless mistakes and i didnt read the question properly!!!!! and it was like i was distressed for the rest of the school day. even dance cca that time.
then i came home and i was walking down the path to my house..
and saw the rainbow!

and then i stared in awe and stood riveted to the ground

after staring at the rainbow for such a long time, whenever i close my eyes i would always see a rainbow in the darkness. it's something like God will make a way when there seems to be no way. :]
i was really touched and blessed by this. i love my God and how He has these extraordinary ways of cheering us up. =) i love my zhangwei too! <333!
